【Abstract】 How to re-develop current tourism zones without clear features is a problem and difficulty widely existed in the reality of tourism planning in China. This essay takes China Northeastern Safari as an example to illustrate two contradicting views. The essay goes on to analyze the preferential factor in tourism development of the type from three aspects, i.e. characteristics of tourism, market demand and development focus.
