【Abstract】 Fuzzy theory deems all things including the reliability of product are fuzzy, clarity and accuracy is of relativity. Generally, we establish a mathematical model by statistics, probability, value analysis and experiment. Meanwhile we lose the fuzzy attribute of evaluating.
