数字PID控制器在升降机调速系统中的应用
Application of Digital PID Controller’s in Elevator Speed Control Systems
【摘要】 数字PID控制器能够快速进行多变量、非线性的信号处理,实时调节工业过程控制中的PID参数,与异步电动机的变频调速系统相结合,完全能够达到直流调速的动、静态性能指标。实践表明,数字PID控制器用于高层建筑施工升降机的调速系统,能够获得良好的效果。
【Abstract】 Digital PID controller that can deal with multi-variables、non-linear signal with high speed, regulate PID parameter of industrial process control in real time, Combining with the variable frequency speed regulation system for three-phase motors, it have a high performance that be able to compare with the DC variable speed in static and dynamic performance.The practice indicate: Digital PID controller’s application in high-floors construction elevator get good effect.
