【摘要】 汽车安全性能检测拖车是一种移动式汽车检测站,具有体积小,拖挂运行方便,展开、撤收快,自带动力、适合野外作业等特点。本文介绍了这种新型检测拖车的主要结构,阐述了其设计特点:悬架采用橡胶扭杆弹簧,使非簧载质量最小化;多功能试验台的应用有效地减小了整车的尺寸,提高了其机动性;制动试验台前、后滚筒均由液压系统驱动,提高了制动力测试精度。更多还原

【Abstract】 The trailer for vehicle safety inspection has its obvious advantages such as small size,high maneuverability,time-saving of transition from running state to testing state etc.It is also provided with mini-type diesel engine,which makes it suitable for field-task.The main structure was introduced,furthermore,the characteristics of design for the trailer was expounded.In order to attain minimum of unsprung mass,a new type of rubber torsion bar spring was adopted in suspension.Multi-function tester was introduced,which decreases the size of trailer.The rollers of tester are driven by hydraulic system,which enhances the precision for acquiring brake force.更多还原
