虚拟车削加工环境构建机理研究
The Research of Virtual Lathe Machining Environment
【摘要】 对虚拟车削加工环境进行了深入探讨与研究,建立了虚拟车削环境整体框架,并对所有的资源建立数据库进行存取。通过OpenGL图形库和Pro/E参数化造型技术,建立机床、夹具、毛坯、刀具等资源模型,并对环境中所有涉及到的公共非可视化的资源利用数据库进行管理,同时阐述了在装配时的运动问题、干涉问题、数据库访问等关键技术,通过诸多技术有机的结合,建立起完善的虚拟车削仿真环境。
【Abstract】 The machining environment of virtual machine tool was researched,the whole virtual machining environment and the database of the resources were established.Through the database of OpenGL graphics and Pro/Engineer parameterized technique,the resource models of machine tool,tongs,roughcast and cutter were established,which can make the database support the public and unseeing resource.The problems of interferes,database interview etc while assembling were expatiated.Through the combination in many techniques,the true environment of the perfect virtual machine tool was established.
