RE-GMM致动器设计方法研究
The Research on Design Means of RE-GMM Actuator
【摘要】 分析了稀土超磁致伸缩材料TbDyFe合金的物理、机械性能,介绍了超磁致伸缩致动器的工作原理。根据TbDy-Fe合金的磁学性能要求,给出了励磁线圈及磁回路的设计方法。通过对样机测试结果的分析,归纳了RE-GMM致动器的一般设计方法,并验证了部分理论分析结果。
【Abstract】 The physics and mechanical capability of RE-GMM TbDyFe was analyzed,and the principle of GMM actuator was introduced.Based on the magnetics capability requirement of TbDyFe,the design means of excitation loop was presented.With the analysis of the testing result of sample,the design means of RE-GMM actuator was induced,which validates the theory analysis result.
