锁壳工艺分析和落料拉伸成形复合模设计
Technology Analysis and Design of the Compound Die of Blanking-drawing-shaping for Lock-shell
【摘要】 介绍不对称盒形件一次拉伸参数不一致时的处理方法,提出了平衡不对称压边力的工艺措施。设计了锁壳的落料拉伸成形的复合模具。
【Abstract】 The treatment method of primary drawing parameter without uniformity for asymmetric box was introduced,the technology steps to balance asymmetric force of pressure pad were put forward,and compound die structure of blanking-drawing-shaping for lock-shell was designed.
