基于μC/OS的数控系统人机界面设计
The Man-machine Interface Design of Numerical Control System on the Basis of μC/OS
【摘要】 论述了基于μC/OS操作系统的人机界面的设计,主要阐述了以分级菜单实现友好操作界面的方法。本界面用于数控系统上,可以实时监测数控机床的运行状态,改变机床的运行参数,完成刀具补偿和螺纹补偿等的数值录入、保存和修改,机床报警时可以实时诊断出错误的原因,编辑子界面可以实现全屏幕编辑,轨迹仿真子界面可实现刀具轨迹的实时仿真。
【Abstract】 The man-machine interface design based on μC/OS operating system was presented,and it mainly brought out a way of realizing friendly operating interface through menus.The interface is used in numerical control system,and it can real-time monitor the function states of CNC system,change the function parameters of the lathe,and finish inputting,keeping and revising the number of the cutters and the worm compensations etc.When warning of the lathe appears the system can real-time diagnoses the error.Editor sub interface can realize the whole screen editor.Track simulation sub interface can realize the real-time emulation of the cutter track.
