高速列车塞拉门空气动态加载试验测试系统的设计与研制
Design and Development of Testing System for Air Dynamic Load Examination of High Speed Train’s Door
【摘要】 根据有限元对塞拉门进行受力变形分析的结果来布置测量点,使传感器的布点科学合理,效果更好。设计了多路通道选通仪和多路数据采集仪,运用两个线程读取通道号和测量数据,结合后存入数据库,测量完后进行数据处理,该系统有效地完成了实验任务。
【Abstract】 The measure points were allocated based on the FEM analyzing results of the trains’ door,which makes the allocation of the sensors is more reasonable and has better effect.The multi-road channels collection apparatus and the multi-road data collection instrument were designed,then the measure data and the numbers of channels were read through two line-processes and were saved in the database after integration.At last the data was processed.This system can accomplish the test effectively.
