进口卧式加工中心的数控改造

【摘要】 针对CINCINNATIMILACRUNT10进口卧式加工中心的结构特点和企业需求,提出了利用HNC-ⅠM型数控系统和SIMODRIVE611A伺服系统的对原机床进行改造的方案。改造后设备性能提高,经济效益明显。

【Abstract】 According to the structure characteristics of the imported CINCINNATI MILACRUN T10 horizontal machine center and the enterprise demands,the transformation scheme was proposed by utilizing the HNC-ⅠM NC system and the SIMODRIVE 611A servo system.The equipment performance is improved after the transformation,and the economic benefits are obvious.
