高速列车油压减震器综合性能测试试验台的研制
Development of Synthetical Performance Test-bed of Oil Absorber Used in High-speed Train
【摘要】 研制了高速列车油压减震器综合性能测试试验台,实现了列车油压减震器的高频振动环境的模拟,精确测试了减震器的综合性能。实验结果证明,采用高性能线性电液伺服系统和计算机控制技术结合的设计方案是有效的,可以获得很高的控制精度,实现超低速和高频情况下的要求。
【Abstract】 The synthetical performance test-bed of oil absorber used in high-speed train was developed,which can simulate the high-frequency vibration-condition of the train,and can test the synthetical performance of the oil absorber.It is proved by experiment that the scheme combining of advanced electro-hydraulic servo system and computer-control is effective,high precision can be obtained,and the absorber can be used in the condition of ultra-low speed and high-frequency.
