基于热变形的纳米级驱动部件虚拟样机的建立
The Build of Simulated Machine for Nano Precision Drive-part Based on Thermal Deformation
【摘要】 基于热力学、动力学等理论, 利用MATLAB的数值计算、三维图形功能, 采用有限差分等技术, 计算出在不同的试验条件下驱动部件的温度变化情况, 动态地模拟了从开始加热到热平衡过程中驱动部件温度场的变化过程, 并设计了友好的图形用户界面。
【Abstract】 Based on the theories of thermodynamics and dynamics;making use of numerical calculation and three-dimensional graphs functions of MATLAB,and applying finite-difference methods,the temperature change of drive-part under the various experimental conditions was discussed,and the temperature-field’s changing course of the drive-part from the beginning to the balance of heating was dynamically simulated,and a friendly graphical user interfaces(GUI) was presented.
