关于刑讯逼供对策的几点思考
Reflections on the Countermeasures against Interrogation by Torture
【摘要】 为什么刑讯逼供现象屡禁不止 ?笔者倾向于从制度的层面入手解决问题 ,同时辅之以理念层面的手段。主要是建立、健全相关的法律制度和全面提高办案民警的综合素质
【Abstract】 Why is interrogation by torture so popular? The author advocates solving this problem from the aspects of system and notions by establishing and improving relative legal systems, and enhancing police officers’ comprehensive ability of handling cases.
