小鼠胚胎常规冷冻和玻璃化冷冻效果的比较

【摘要】 将小鼠胚胎分别用常规冷冻法和OPS法冷冻,结果用常规冷冻法和OPS法冷冻 小鼠桑葚胚,解冻后培养24 h胚胎的发育率分别为87.32%、86.67%(P>0.05);用两种方 法冷冻小鼠囊胚的结果分别为81.43%、83.56%(P>0.05),结果表明用OPS法冷冻保存小 鼠胚胎能达到用常规冷冻法的效果。

【Abstract】 Mouse embryos were cryopreservated with conventional freezing method and Ops vitrification. The development rate of mouse morulas after 24 hours culturing of thawed embryos was reached by 87. 32% of the conventionally frozen and by 86. 67% of the OPS (open pulled straw) vitrification (P> 0. 05); the development rate of blastocysts freezed by conventional freezing and OPS vitrification was 81. 43%、83. 56% respectively (P>0. 05). The result indicated that the open pulled straw vitrification method can cryopreservated mouse embryos as good as conventional freezing method.
