【摘要】 本试验在四只装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的徐淮山羊身上采集瘤胃液,进行体外培养研究不同粗精比底物(10∶0、8∶2、6∶4、4∶6)对培养液pH值和VFA的影响,结果表明,添加一定精料可以提高微生物的发酵水平,且当粗精比水平为8∶2与6∶4时,瘤胃发酵水平高于其它各试验组,对照组在整个培养阶段均处于最低水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rumen liquid got from four XuHuai White goats fitted with the ruminal cannulae was fermented to determine the effects of four different substrates(Roughage/Concentrate: 10∶0、 8∶2、 6∶4、(4∶6)) on the pH,volatile fatty acids(VFA) concentration in culture fluid in vitro.The results showed that with the increase of R/C,the fermentation in vitro increased.When the R/C was 8∶2 and 6∶4,the fermentation showed the highest level,and the control group was always at the lowest level.更多还原
