黄芪多糖及益生菌合生元对雏鸡肠道微生态区系的影响

【摘要】 240只商品代海兰蛋雏鸡按体重随机分为4组,每组6个重复笼,每重复笼10只。试验为期6周,自由采食和饮水。第1组为空白对照组,2、3、4组为试验组,在基础日粮基础上分别添加220mg/kg黄芪多糖、4×107cfu/g益生菌剂和220mg/kg黄芪多糖+4×107cfu/g益生菌剂。试验鸡分别于第3周和第6周末无菌取回肠和盲肠以检测内容物中乳酸菌、双歧杆菌和大肠杆菌数量。结果表明:黄芪多糖益生菌剂均能有效促进雏鸡肠道有益微生物—乳酸菌和双歧杆菌的增殖,并对肠道有害菌—大肠杆菌有抑制作用,且后者的效果优于前者;两者同时添加于雏鸡饲料中,作用效果远超过单纯添加,表明黄芪多糖与益生菌剂能协同作用,共同维持肠道微生态区系的平衡和稳定。

【Abstract】 <Abstrcat> The effects of compound of Astragalus polysaccharide (APS) and profitable microbe (PM) on intestinal flora of chicks were studied. 240 Hy-Line chicks were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates (10 chicks per replicate). The experiment last 6 weeks and feed and water were provided freely. The basic diet of the 4 groups was the same and treatments were as follows: control (no APS and no PM), 220 mg/kg APS, 4×10A7cfu/g PM and 220 mg/kg APS+4×10A7 cfu/g PM. In the end of third and sixth week of the trial, chicks were slaughtered to take the Ileum and Caecum out with integral asepsis and assayed the population of Lactobocillns (L.lactis), Bifidobacterium (Bifido.) and Escherichia coli (E.coli) of intestine. The results showed: APS and PM both could promote the population of intestinal profitable microbe--L.lactis and Bifido., and degrade the population of pathogenic bacteria-E.coli in chicks. The effect of PM was better than that of APS. While adding APS and PM to the feed together, the action excelled any single one. This showed that APS could cooperate with PM to keep the balance of the flora in intestinal.
