舰船综合平台管理系统
Development of integrated platform management system
【摘要】 目前,舰船自动化水平已经很高,无人机舱、自动化导航、一人桥楼驾驶都已成为现实,已经逐步发展到综合平台管理系统。它对减少人员、提高工作效率和航行安全性效果显著,特别是可大大降低全寿期费用。因此,世界各国海军开始争相采用综合平台管理系统。本文主要介绍了综合平台管理系统的发展概况,美国海军的综合平台管理系统的发展和组成,并详细介绍了各个子系统的组成和功能,包括综合舰桥系统、标准监视和控制系统、综合状态评估系统和损管系统。最后,介绍了ABB公司和CAE公司的2个综合平台管理系统。
【Abstract】 The level of ship automation has reached a high degree.Unmanned engine room,automatization of navigation and one-man bridge steering has come true.It gradually developed into an integrated platform management system.It plays an important role in reducing staff,improving work efficiency and sailing security,especially,in lowering the cost of all life time.Thus the navy around the world began to adopt the integrated platform management system and the US navy has done first.This article mainly overviewed the development of the Integrated Platform Management System,introduced integrated platform management system of the US navy,and introduced the structure and function of integrated platform management system in detail,including the Integrated Bridge System,the Standard Monitoring and Control System,the Integrated Condition Assessment System and Damage Control System.At last,the two integrated platform management system developed by ABB company and CAE company were narrated.
