软土地基上轻钢结构厂房的基础设计
Design Method for Foundation of Light-steel Structure on Soft Clay
【摘要】 位于天津市经济技术开发区的巴特勒公司的厂房,属于在欠固结软粘土地基上修建的轻钢结构大跨度单层厂房,其设计与施工均具有代表性。从地基基础方案的比选、不均匀沉降的处理措施、地下水的腐蚀性分析、防腐措施及预防混凝土碱集料反应等几方面,详细阐述了在软土地基上修建轻钢结构厂房时,基础设计中应注意的问题及相应的处理方法。
【Abstract】 The BUTLER factory is located in Tianjin Economic and Technical Developing Zone,where the soil foundation consists of the under-consolidated soft clay.The large span single floor light-steel structure was selected as the workshop of the factory.The following aspects were considered in the design of the foundation:selection of foundation type,treatment measures for uneven settlement,erosion analysis of underground water,antisepsis measures,protection of concrete alkaline reaction.The design has been proved successful by engineering practices.
