珠海市某农村社区学龄前儿童伤害发生情况及危险因素的调查分析

【摘要】目的了解珠海市农村学龄前儿童伤害的发生情况,为实施干预提供科学依据。方法整群抽取珠海市三灶镇9所幼儿园,对1146名在园儿童的942对父母,45名任课老师进行儿童伤害情况及其相关因素调查。结果伤害发生率为5.0%,伤害以意外跌落或坠落伤(61.4%)、烧烫伤(17.5%)为主,单次伤害平均经济损失为790.7元。结论农村学龄前儿童伤害发生较严重,应对儿童、家长及老师三级人群开展安全健康教育,来预防、控制儿童伤害的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status of injury among rural preschool children in Zhuhai, and to set up interventions in preventing injuries. Methods 1 146 rural preschool children and 942 parents, and 45 teachers in the kindergarten were investigated about the status and risk factors of injury in Sanzao town. Results Total rate of injuries was 5.0%. Injury from falls (61.4%) took the first place; secondly injury from burns and scalds (17.5%). Average economic loss per injury was 790.7 Yuan. Conclusions For the status of injury in rural preschool children, safe education should be carried out among children, parents and teachers so as to prevent the injury in preschool children.更多还原
