急性脑梗死患者细胞粘附分子-1、P-选择素和von Willebrand因子含量变化及其临床意义研究
Study on the Changes and Clinical Significances of Cell Adhesion Molecule-1, P-selectin and Von Willebrand Factor in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
【摘要】 目的探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血浆中细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)、P-选择素(P-selection)、vonWillebrand因子(vWF)的表达特点和临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测26例ACI患者血浆中可溶性血浆中细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1),P-selection和vWF的水平。结果在ACI患者发病24小时内,sICAM-1为(268.65±51.82)ng/ml、P-selection为(20.48±6.32)ng/ml、vWF为(179.67±54.18)%,水平明显增高,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论(1)ACI患者早期存在内皮细胞损伤和血小板活化;(2)sICAM-1,P-selection和vWF与ACI的发生发展及临床严重程度密切相关。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of cell adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), P-selectin and von Willebrand factor (vWF) in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) and the clinical significance.Methods The levels of serum sICAM-1, P-selection and vWF were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 26 patients with ACI.Results It was shown that the levels of serum sICAM-1(268.65±51.82)ng/ml, P-selection (20.48±6.32)ng/ml and vWF(179.67±54.18%) in patients with ACI in 24 hours after the onset were significantly higher than that in normal controls (P<0.01).Conclusions (1) Endothelial cell damage and platelet activation are observed in patients with ACI; (2) SICAM-1, P-selection and vWF are closely correlated to the generation and development of ACI, and they are important in the evaluation of clinical severity and prediction of ACI.
