脑梗死患者急性期血清高敏C-反应蛋白的动态变化及临床意义

【摘要】 目的 探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者高敏C-反应蛋白(hsCRP)的含量变化及其临床意义。方法 随机选择60例急性脑梗死患者,利用Dade-Behring ProSpec全自动特定蛋白分析系统,采用散射免疫比浊法检测各组患者hsCRP血清水平,观察ACI不同病程含量变化。并对其神经功能缺损进行标准评分。并选取30例健康体检者作为对照组。结果 急性脑梗死组不同时期血清hsCRP含量均高于对照组(P <0.05),卒中后第7天水平最高,随后逐渐下降;血清hsCRP含量与神经功能缺损程度呈正相关(r =0.53,P <0.01),重型患者hsCRP浓度明显高于轻、中型患者。结论 急性脑梗死患者血清hsCRP明显升高,且与神经功能缺损程度呈正相关,可作为急性脑梗死患者病变稳定程度的敏感指标之一。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate sequential changes and clinical purpose of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) concentrations in the patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Using complete automatic special protein analytical system, the levels of serum hsCRP in 60 patients with cerebral infarction and 30 healthy persons were measured by scatter immunoturbidimetry. The neurologic impairment degree was evaluated. Results Compared with the controls, the blood levels of serum hsCRP increased in three periods in acute cerebral infarction group (P<0.05), which reached the highest serum CRP level on seventh day and decrease slowly. Neurologic impairment degrees had positive correlation with hsCRP (r=0.53,P<0.01), The serum concentration of hsCRP in severe patients. Conclusions The serum levels of hsCRP has closely relative with the damage degree of brain, was increased in the ACI. It can be a sensitive markers of the patients with ACI.
