【摘要】 目的了解丽水市暗娼人群艾滋病防治知识知晓及行为状况,为开展艾滋病干预提供科学依据。方法在丽水市娱乐服务场所中选取140名暗娼进行问卷调查。结果调查暗娼人群艾滋病知识总知晓率为58.5%,艾滋病传播途径总知晓率为60.1%。在被调查者中,86.1%的人回答最近一次跟客人发生性关系时使用了安全套;68.6%的人回答在过去三个月中与客人发生性关系时,每次均使用安全套。结论今后应继续加强艾滋病防治知识教育,提高知晓率。在干预工作中,将大力提高安全套使用率作为工作重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The present study was conducted to understand the status quo of the knowledge about and behaviors of AIDS prevention and control of unlicensed prostitutes in the entertainment establishments in the city of Lishui, in order to provide a scientific basis for the interventions with AIDS. Methods A questionnaire was answered by 140 unlicensed prostitutes selected in the entertainment establishments in the city of Lishui. Results Of the 140 unlicensed prostitutes surveyed, the total rate of AIDS knowledge was 58.5%, with the total rate of knowledge about routes of AIDS transmission being 60.1%. Based on the answers those who used condom in the last sexual intercourse with a whoremaster accounted for 86.1% and those who used condom every time they had sex with their clients in the previous three months constituted 68.6%. Conclusion Education on the prevention and control of AIDS should be further strengthened to increase AIDS knowledge rate. Emphasis should be placed on the raising the rate of condom use in the interventions.更多还原
