布鲁氏菌的Rep-PCR分型研究

【摘要】 目的探索对布鲁氏菌属的分子生物学分类方法。方法应用Rep-PCR进行分型研究,以布鲁氏菌属各种型代表菌株为参考,将该方法对国内分离的典型、非典型布鲁氏菌菌株、疫苗菌株进行分类研究。结果使用Rep-PCR方法,不仅在属的水平上可以检测、鉴定布鲁氏菌属,而且能够将107株国内外布鲁氏菌的参考菌株和地方流行菌株分为8个组。结论使用Rep-PCR方法可以对布鲁氏菌株进行分型,将典型和非典型布鲁氏菌进行鉴定和分型,弥补传统分类方法的不足。

【Abstract】 Objective This-study was to explore the typing method of the genus brucella with the molecular biology classification. Methods Representative strains of all kinds of Brucella were applied as references,when Rep-PCR was utilized for the typing of typical and atypical Brucella strains and vaccine strains which had been isolated in China. Results By using Rep-PCR method, the detection and identification of Brucella was obtained not only in the genus level, but also under the fact that 107 reference strains and localized epidemic strains in China and overseas were able to divided into 8 groups. Conclusion Rep-PCR could be used for the typing of the Brucella strains as well as the identification of typical and atypical Brucella, so as to make up for the flaws of the traditional classification methods for Brucella..
