幽门螺杆菌中国菌株插入序列IS607的分布

【摘要】 目的分析来源于不同人群,不同临床诊断结果的幽门螺杆菌中国菌株插入因子IS607的分布。方法采用特异引物聚合酶链式反应(PCR)检测IS607特异DNA序列。并对IS607的分布进行统计分析。结果中国菌株IS607的阳性率为24%(25/105),不同人群IS607的分布没有显著差异。不同临床诊断结果分离菌株IS607的分布没有显著差异。结论幽门螺杆菌IS607的分布与菌株分离来源的人群分布及临床症状没有显著关系。

【Abstract】 Objective This study was desired to investigate the distribution of IS607 in Helicobacter pylori from different populations and different clinical outcomes in China. Methods Specific PCR amplification of IS607 from different strains was carryed out; and the distribution of IS607 was analyzed according to the isolations from different population groups and clinical background characteristics statistically. Results 25 of 105 tested Hp strains had IS607; there was no significant difference of the distribution of IS607 among different populations and different clinical outcomes. Conclusions The present of IS607 in Hp may not relate to the host people population and clinical outcome,significantly.
