【摘要】 目的了解定海区农村卫生院消毒工作质量状况。方法按《消毒技术规范》要求,对11家卫生院室内空气、医护人员手、物体表面、紫外线灯、使用中的消毒液、压力蒸汽灭菌器进行采样检测与消毒效果评价。结果室内空气、医护人员手、物体表面检测合格率分别为22.73%、46.67%、70.37%,紫外线灯、使用中的消毒液和压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果检测合格率分别为90.63%、100%和100%;室内空气、医护人员手、物体表面细菌总数超标率分别高达77.27%、53.33%、29.63%。结论农村卫生院消毒工作较差,与市直属医疗机构相比消毒质量及效果存在明显差异,应加强医院感染管理与卫生监督力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This research was to help learn about the quality and condition of disinfection work in rural area hospitals of Dinghai District. Methods According to the requirements of Technical Standard for Disinfection, sampling determination and evaluation of disinfection effectiveness in 11 hospitals were conducted in terms of indoor air, hands of medical staff, surface of objects, UV lamp, disinfectants in use and pressure steam sterilizers. Results The pass rates of indoor air, hands of medical staff and surface of objects were 22.73%, 46.67% and 70.37% respectively; those of UV lamps, disinfectants in use and pressure steam sterilizers were 90.63%, 100% and 100% respectively; the missed-standard rates of indoor air, hands of medical staff and surface of objects amounted up to 77.27%, (53.33%) and 29.63% in order. Conclusion The disinfection work is poor in rural area hospitals, which has apparent discrepancies with the quality and efficacy of disinfection in medical agencies directly under municipal government, indicating the need to strengthen the power in nosocomial infection management and sanitary surveillance.更多还原
