硅烷偶联纳米SiO2改性形状记忆聚氨酯
Nano-silica Coupled by Silicane Coupling Agent Modified Shape Memory Polyurethane
【摘要】 本文采用经硅烷偶联剂表面处理的纳米SiO2 粒子制备了形状记忆聚氨酯/SiO2 纳米复合材料。并用SEM、DSC、TGA对其进行分析,考察其形状记忆行为及力学性能。结果表明,形状记忆聚氨酯中加入纳米SiO2 后,其热稳定性能提高了,形状回复起始温度(Ti)提高约10℃,形状回复速率提高约3. 8倍,而力学性能有所下降。
【Abstract】 In this article,nano-silica particles were treated by silicane coupling agent on the surface.Then SMPU/SiO 2 nanocomposite materials were prepared by evenly dispersing nano- SiO 2 in shape memory polyurethane(SMPU). The composite materials were charactered by DSC,SEM and TGA ,shape memory characters and mechanic properties. The results indicated that the thermal sability of the nanocomposites was increased in comparing with the pure SMPU,and nanocomposite can show a high shape recovery temperature and good shape recovery velocity ,but as the excessive content of silicane coupling agent ,the mechanical properties decreased.
