微合金钢的显微组织与磁感应强度的关系

【摘要】 采用对微合金钢进行固溶析出处理的方法,考察了微合金钢的显微组织与磁感应强度的关系。对电工纯铁进行热轧后考察了晶粒尺寸与磁感应强度的关系。试验结果显示,在较弱磁场强度下,B8 随晶粒尺寸、析出物尺寸的减小而降低;在较强磁场强度下,B50、B100不会随晶粒尺寸和析出物尺寸而变化。

【Abstract】 The solution-precipitation treatment was used for microalloyed steel to investigate the relation between microstructure and magnetic flux density. The thermomechanical rolling was used for electrical pure iron to examine the relation between grain size and magnetic flux density. The test results show that B8 is reduced with the grain size and precipitate size and B50, B100 are not changed with the grain size and precipitate size.
