碳、硅、锰含量对低碳冷拔拉丝钢力学性能的影响
Effect of Carbon, Silicon and Manganese Content on Mechanical Properties of Low Carbon Cold Drawn Steel
【摘要】 在多年生产冷拔拉丝钢Q195的基础上,成功地开发了低碳冷拔拉丝钢(HL钢)以代替 Q195。与 Q195相比,该钢伸长率δ10增加了 7 2%,抗拉强度降低了 70 MPa。介绍了 HL钢相关的生产工艺,探讨了钢中碳、硅含量对其力学性能的影响。
【Abstract】 The technology of production of HL steel as cold drawn steel to replace Q195 was studied. Compared to Q195, δ10 of HL is increased by 7 2% and σb is decreased by 70 MPa. The effect of elements on mechanical properties is discussed.
