新型Q420C级钒氮微合金化中厚钢板的研究
New Q420C Vanadium-Nitrogen Microalloyed Steel Plate
【摘要】 通过实验室研究,确定了钒氮微合金化中厚钢板的化学成分和 TMCP工艺。对工业试制的 Q420C级钒氮中厚钢板,采用添加 Nitrovan12 合金的方法,可保证钢中钒、氮配比稳定,而且钒的添加量仅相当于传统用量的2/3。试生产的钒氮微合金化中厚钢板的各项力学性能完全满足GB/T1591- 94 标准要求
【Abstract】 The TMCP parameters and the composition were determined in laboratory for producing vanadium-nitrogen microalloyed plate steels. In the Q420C vanadium-nitrogen microalloyed steel plate subjected to TMCP, the addition level of vanadium content equals to about 2/3 of the conventional one. Adding Nitrovan12 to the liquid steel, the mixture ratio of vanadium to nitrogen could be stabilized. The mechanical properties of the products are in accordance with the criteria in GB/T1591-94.
