【Abstract】 The electromagnetic compromising emana- tions of display video signal contain amount of noise. Images that are reconstructed by the video reception equipment look very faint. Ocular effect is poor. To im- prove image quality and advance signal-to-noise, it mostly adopts the arithmetic of average frames. The comparatively accurate frame matching, the arithmetic compare and effect estimate are made, the necessary con- dition for average frames is provided.更多还原
