【Abstract】 To solve the problem of the general grating sensor data acquisition system,a new scheme to design the grating sensor data acquisition system is introduced. The design of the whole hardware circuit, including the CPLD processing of the sensor signal, the PCI bus inter- face circuit is introduced. Meanwhile, the performance analyses are provided. The system has been successfully applied to some type of grating sensor displacement measurement system.更多还原
