【摘要】 为更好地满足某制药厂管控一体化实施的需求,保持产品质量的稳定性,并及时改善产品质量,基于对当前发酵罐工段的实际生产现状的分析,提出了基于基金会现场总线(FF)技术的发酵罐控制系统改造项目设计,并给出了实施方案。结果表明,本设计方案满足现场的应用需求,为企业生产管理信息系统的实施提供了坚实基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to further satisfy the requirement of integrated management and control for a pharmacy plant, holding the quality stability of the production and im- proving the quality of the production,based on the cur- rent actualities analyse of production in fermentation tun workshop,the project design of renovating fermentation tun control system based on Foundation fieldbus(FF) technology is put forward,and the implemented scheme is given. The application result shows that the design scheme satisfies the application demand,and provides the firm basic to implement management information system (MIS)for the enterprise production.更多还原
