用于电子鼻研究的多传感器实时动态测试系统设计
A Real-Time and Dynamic Monitoring System of Multi Sensors for the Research of Electronic Nose
【摘要】 介绍了一种用于电子鼻研究的多传感器动态测试与控制系统。该系统能够同时采集 8 路 0~10 V 的模拟电压信号,输出 5 路 0~8 V 的恒定或可调模拟电压信号。可实现对气体传感器加热电压的调制,用于最佳工作电压的分析研究。以 AT89C51 单片机为核心设计了硬件系统,采用面向对象的编程方法,用 VisualC++ 6.0 设计了基于 Windows 操作系统下的数据采集与处理软件。该软件界面友好,操作简单,数据结果准确,并且运行可靠、稳定,既可以实时显示各传感器的全部动态响应过程,又可以进行长时间老化试验的观测。
【Abstract】 A dynamic monitoring system of multi sensors for the research of electronic nose is introduced. The sys- tem has 8 channels to input 0~10 V voltage signals and 5 channels to output 0~8 V invariable or variable voltage signals for heating voltage of gas sensors,which are used to get the optimal working voltages of gas sensors. The hardware design is based on AT89C51 microcontroller. The software design for digital acquisition and processing based on Windows operating system is compiled by ob- ject-oriented software Visual C++ 6.0. The test results show that friendly interface,simple operation,accurate data,reliability and stability are obtained. The real-time monitoring for all of the sensors in aerometry or long-term test can be realized by this system.
