【摘要】 目的探讨背驮式原位肝移植术中的护理安全管理缺陷及改良措施。方法随机将142例患者分为对照组和改良组,对实施常规护理及常规加改良措施护理的142例患者观察和比较。结果对照组发现术中静脉管道脱落4例,药物管道错位5例,缝针遗失6例,体温过低2例;术后48小时局部皮肤受损14例。改良组发现缝针遗失1例,其余为0例。结论良好的护理安全管理是手术成功的一个重要环节。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect and improvement of the perioperative nursing security management of Piggy - back orthotopic transplantation. Methods 142 patients were divided into two groups: control group and improvement group. We conclude the comparison for observation between performed regular nurse and regular nurse and improvement nurse in 142 patients. Results There were 4 cases with venous tubing shedding and 5 cases with drug tubing misplacement and 6 cases with suture needle missing, 2 cases with hypothermia in control group during operation. There were 14 cases with local skin injured in postoperative 48h in control group. However, there were only 1 case with suture needle missing in improvement group. Conclusions Well nursing security management is an important component for a sucessful operation.更多还原
