【摘要】 目的探讨抗凝新鲜血在血细胞分析仪室间质量评价中的应用价值。方法抗凝新鲜血分装后,当天发放给各医院实验室并完成标本的检测。各实验室按期回报检测结果。结果经分析自2001～2004年的室间质量评定结果发现,血细胞各项目检测结果的CV值和合格率均有明显的提高。结论抗凝新鲜血对于提高各医院实验室血细胞分析仪检测结果的准确性和一致性具有重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the applying value of anticoagulant fresh blood in hemacytology analyzer external quality evaluation. Methods Anticoagulant fresh blood was filled into caped-tubes and send out to all labs. The speciments were examined on the same day and the analysis results were reported back on time. Results Notable improvements in CV and acceptance ratio of all items were found by analyzing the external quality evaluation results from 2001 to 2004. Conclusion It was important use of anticoagulant fresh blood to improve the accuracy and concordance of Linyi city’s hemacytology analysers’external quality evaluation results.更多还原
