【摘要】 在新的历史阶段,“三农”问题的核心是增加农民收入问题。农民增收缓慢不仅影响农民生活水平提高,而且影响粮食生产和农产品供给;不仅制约农村经济发展,而且制约整个国民经济增长;不仅关系农村社会进步,而且关系全面建设小康社会目标的实现。中央一号文件的出台,极大地调动了农民的积极性,给农民增收带来了希望。但要真正实现中央一号文件所提出的目标,还面临许多困难和矛盾。论文主要通过对影响农民增收的相关因素的分析,提出了增加农民收入的对策,以便从增加农民收入入手,解决“三农”问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the new historical stage,the core of issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers is to increase the income of farmers.Rural income increasing slowly not only affect the improvement of living standards of farmers,but influences the grain production and the agricultural products supply;it not only restricts the development of rural economy,but restricts the increase of the national economy at large;it is not only related to the progress in rural society,but connected with the realization of the goal of building the well-off society in an all-round way.The issue of Central File No.1 greatly aroused the enthusiasm of farmers and brought hope to the increase of their income.But to actually realize the goal put forward by this file,there still exist a lot of difficulties and contradictions.By analyzing the relative elements that affect rural income increase;the article put forward the strategies to increase farmers’ income so as to solve the issue concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers in way of increasing rural income.更多还原
