【Abstract】 Bilingual teaching is what the overall promotion of quality-oriented education requires and an inevitable outcome of the historical development. This paper discusses and studies the ideological understanding, practice and confused ideas about bilingual teaching from the aspects of curriculum and the opportunity of giving a course, selection of teaching materials and compiling principles, the teaching form and implementation, and teachers’ quality.
