【摘要】 通过对科学教育发展观的基本内涵和特点分析,指出“三农”问题、林业发展和学生自身发展都迫切需要培养林业创新人才。在此基础上,阐述了林业创新人才素质和特点。指出了林业院校应该以科学教育发展观正确定位林业专业人才培养目标,深化教育改革,优化人才培养方案,推进教育创新,以培养更多适应现代化建设的高素质创新人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through analyzing the definition and features of developmental view of science and education, this paper pointed out that training innovative forestry talents were urgent for issues of concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers, forestry development, and student self-development. The quality and characteristic of innovative forestry talents were also set forth. Forestry colleges and universities had better set objective of training forestry talents on the developmental view of science and education, further educational reforms, optimize talent-train plan, promote educational innovation to train more and more high-caliber innovative talents who can adapt to modernization.更多还原
