【摘要】 目的用动物实验的方法检验清清胶囊对慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠的保护作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法先以200mg/kg/d剂量灌服腺嘌呤,连续造模26d,继以清清胶囊按常规剂量和高剂量灌服治疗,并与大黄炭颗粒组和空白对照组为对照,治疗30d后,分离血清备检,取肾脏观察病理改变情况。结果造模完成时,模型组动物BUN、Cr显著增高(P<0.001),体重显著降低(P<0.01);治疗30d后,与模型组比较,清清胶囊各治疗组BUN、Cr、IP显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),血清Ca、Tp、ALB、HB无变化(P>0.05),体重增高(P<0.01)且高剂量清清胶囊治疗组TNF-α、IL-6均显著降低(P<0.01)。结论清清胶囊能减少过度增高的IL-6、TNF含量具有保护肾功能的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To review laboratory study on the capsule of Qingqing(QQ) in the treatment of chronic renal failure(CRF). Methods: Adenine-induced CRF rats were given QQ daily with high and normal dosage for 30 days, and time course changes in serum Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF), Interleukin 6 (IL-6), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine(Cr) levels were monitored. Results: The treatment groups could markedly fall BUN, Cr, phosphorus, TNF, IL-6 in serum(P<0. 01,P<0. 05) , and indistinctively change the calcium, total protein,albumin and haemoglobin(P>0. 05).
