【摘要】 不同小麦品种在不同土壤条件下种植、不同单位检验品质的综合研究表明:(1)强筋小麦与普通小麦产量处于同一水平,强筋小麦品种之间的产量差异明显。不同土壤条件对小麦产量的影响小于不同品种对产量的影响。(2)品种类型之间籽粒黑胚率无明显差异,品种间差异显著;粘土地黑胚率降低、角质率高。(3)品种类型之间籽粒蛋白质、湿面筋含量无明显差异,但强筋小麦加工品质指标明显高于普通中筋小麦。土壤条件对小麦品质的影响是复杂的,沙质土壤对湿面筋提高不利,有利于稳定时间的提高;土壤对蛋白质含量影响较小。(4)不同化验单位对小麦品质检验的结果差异较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Synthesizing research of the different wheat species planted on the different soil and the quality examination of the different analyze unit expresses the yield of the strong gluten wheat is equal to the common wheat’s,the yield difference of the strong gluten wheat species is obvious.The influence of the different soil term to the wheat yield is smaller than the different species.The grain black embryo rate among the species type has no obvious difference,that among the species has obvious difference;The grain black embryo rate decreases and the hard kernelrate increases on glue land.The protein content of the wheat grain and the wet gluten content among the species type have no obvious difference but the process quality index of the strong gluten wheat is obvious higher than the common ins{de gluten wheat.The influence of the soil term to thew heat yield is complicated,the sand soil to the wet gluten content increase is disadvantageous,benefit toincrease dough stabilization time:the influence of the soil to the protein contentis small.The result of the wheat quality examination of thedifferent analyze unit is very difference.更多还原
