锆(Ⅴ)-2,4-二羟基苯基荧光酮-CTMAB体系的分光光度法研究
Spectrophotometric study on zirconium(Ⅳ)-DHPF-CTMAB system
【摘要】 在阳离子表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTM AB)存在下,0.6 m o l/L HC l介质中,锆(Ⅳ)与2,4-二羟基苯基荧光酮[2,3,7-三羟基-9-(2,4-二羟基)苯基荧光酮](DHPF)生成红色络合物,络合物最大吸收波长为525 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.25×105L.m o-l 1.cm-1,锆(Ⅳ)含量在0~8μg/25 mL范围内符合比尔定律.络合物的组成比为Z r(Ⅳ)∶DHPF=1∶4.有色络合物稳定10 h以上,拟定的分析方法用于铝合金中微量锆的测定,结果满意.
【Abstract】 In the medium of 0.6 mol/L HCl and in the presence of CTMAB,the color reaction of zirconium(Ⅳ) with 2,3,7-trihydroxy-9-(2,4dihydroxy)phenylfluorone(DHPF) was studied.Zr(Ⅳ) forms red complex with DHPF. The apparent molar absorptivity of red complex is 1.25×105 L·mol-1·cm-1 at 525 nm wavelength.The complex ratio of Zr(Ⅳ) to DHPF is 1∶4 and Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0~8.0 μg Zr(Ⅳ) per 25 milliliters.Color complex is stable for at least 10 h.The method has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of zirconium in aluminum alloys samples.
