纳米氧化锡枝蔓晶的制备及形成机理
Preparation and mechanism of SnO2 nanodendritc crystals
【摘要】 以SnCl4·5H2O等为主要原料,在160~200℃时成功地制备出分散性好、晶型完整、结构稳定的四方晶型纳米氧化锡枝蔓晶,并用透射电子显微镜、电子衍射、X射线衍射等技术手段对氧化锡纳米晶的结构和形貌进行了表征.结果表明:制备得到的SnO2微晶具有枝蔓状外观结构,其躯干长为3~5μm,直径为100~200nm,枝节长为5~8μm,直径为10~40nm.同时对其可能形成机理进行了探讨,初步认为其形成过程是一个成核并延伸生长的过程.
【Abstract】 <Abstrcat> SnO2 nanodendritc were successfully prepared by pressure-thermalcrystallization method using SnCl4·5H2O as raw material. Microstructure and morphology of the prepared products had been characterized by means of transmission electron microscopy(TEM),selected area electron diffraction(SAED) and X ray diffraction(XRD). The results showed the particle has dendritc-like apparent structure. The dendrites have trunks with lengths of 3~5 μm and diameters of 100~200 nm. The lengths and diameters of their branches are about 5~8 μm and 10~40 nm, respectively. The mechanism of the formation of SnO2 was simply proposed.
