5,5-二甲基-4-取代苯基(H)-1,3,2-二氧磷杂环己基(硫代)磷酰苯肼的合成及其阻燃性能
Synthesis and flame retardance of 5,5-dimethyl-4-substitued phenyl(hydrogen)-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinan(sulfur substitued) phosphono phenylhydrazine
【摘要】 以取代苯甲醛、异丁醛、新戊二醇、三氯氧磷、三氯硫磷和苯肼等为原料合成了一系列的未见报道的5,5-二甲基-4-取代苯基(H)-1,3,2-二氧磷杂环己基(硫代)磷酰苯肼,用IR、1HNMR、MS对其结构进行了表征;并将磷酰苯肼和相应的硫代磷酰苯肼在环氧树脂(E-44)中的阻燃性能进行了对比试验,结果表明硫元素与磷、氮元素有协同作用.
【Abstract】 <Abstrcat> A series of 5,5-dimethyl-4-substitued phenyl(hydrogen)-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinan(sulfur substitued) phosphono phenylhydrazine were synthesized by substituted benzaldehyde,phosphorus trichloride,sulfur phosphorus trichloride and phenylhydrazine. Their structures were confirmed by IR,()~1H NMR,MS; The flame retardance in epoxy E-44 was discussed as well,and the flame retardance of the compounds of sulfur containing and not containing have been compared.
