【摘要】 本文通过对陕西省地方性师范院校体育专业现状和存在问题的分析,提出了4点建议:整合教育资源,提高办学层次;调整专业结构,改革课程体系;注重与社会结合,加强创业教育;加强内部管理,引入现代企业管理理念。通过以上改革与调整,以期促进陕西省地方性师范院校体育专业健康、稳步的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyses the problems facing the PE departments at present in the local teachers colleges in Shaanxi province,and offers four suggestions: integrating the educational resources to uplift the educational level,adjusting the specialty construction to reform the course systems,meeting the social needs by emphasizing the sense of starting one’s own business,and reinforcing the management by introducing modern concepts of enterprise management,so as to push forward the healthy and steady development of the physical education departments by means of the above reformation and adjustments.更多还原
