拖拉机自动驾驶转向控制系统的设计
Design of Steering Control System for Automatic Drive of Tractor
【摘要】 介绍了一种用于拖拉机自动驾驶的电控液压动力转向系统。该系统由转向电子控制单元(ECU)、全 液压转向器、步进电机、步进电机驱动器、角位移传感器等组成。它能够根据上位机(自动驾驶控制计算机)下达 的转向指令控制转向执行机构实现准确的转向功能。电控液压转向系统具有转向力矩大,控制精度高,响应速 度快,节省能量等优点,可以作为自动/辅助驾驶车辆的转向执行机构。
【Abstract】 An electronic hydraulic power steering system for automatic operating of tractor is introduced in this paper. This system consists of steering electronic control unit (ECU), all hydraulic steering, stepping motor, stepping motor driver and angular displacement sensor, etc. Accurate steering function has been achieved by controlling the steering operator depending on the instructions from the upper computer (that is, the computer for automatic drive control). This system can be used as the steering operator for automatic operating /assistantvehicle with the merits of great steering torque, high control precision, quick response, energy-saving and so on.
