免疫多糖(酵母细胞壁)对中华绒螯蟹抗病力的增强效果
Enhancement of Disease Resistance in Eriocheri sinensis by Oral Administration of Immune polysaccharide (Yeast Cell Wall)
【摘要】 在中华绒螯蟹(Eriocherisinensis)的饲料中分别添加每千克蟹体重0mg、400.0mg、600.0mg、800.0mg、1000.0mg和1200.0mg的免疫多糖(酵母细胞壁),连续投喂中华绒螯蟹28d后,通过测定供试中华绒螯蟹的体重、及经投喂或注射患病中华绒螯蟹组织(浆)等攻毒方法后的死亡率,探讨了口服免疫多糖(酵母细胞壁)对中华绒螯蟹生长速度和抗病力的影响。结果表明,在中华绒螯蟹的饲料中添加每千克蟹体重400.0mg至1200.0mg的免疫多糖(酵母细胞壁),对中华绒螯蟹的生长速度和身体颜色等没有显著影响;能有效地增强供试中华绒螯蟹的抗病力,与对照组相比,经口服攻毒后投喂不同剂量免疫多糖(酵母细胞壁)试验组的中华绒螯蟹有效率为52.4%~66.77%,而经注射攻毒后各试验组中华绒螯蟹的有效率为39.2%~49.9%,口服攻毒后的有效率稍高可能与病原体的感染方式有关。
【Abstract】 Eriocheri sinensiswere fed with feed supplemented with immune polysaccharide (yeast cell wall)at the ratio of 0 mg,400.0 mg,600.0 mg,800.0 mg,1000.0 mg and 1200.0 mg per 1000 g crabs,respectively. 28 days later,in order to find out the influence of the immune polysaccharide(yeast cell wall) on the growth rate and disease-resistance of the Eriocheri sinensis, the weight of the Eriocheri sinensis were monitored and the experimental were challenged with the histoplasmin of diseased Eriocheri sinensis. The results showed that there was no significant effect on growth rate and body colour in Eriocheri sinensis when the feed was supplemented with immune polysaccharide (yeast cell wall) at the ratio of 100.0 mg per 1000 g crabs to 500.0 mg per 1000 g crabs. Meanwhile,the disease-resistance of the experimental Eriocheri sinensis were highly boosted. Compared with the control group,the disease-resistance of the oral-challenged group and the injection-challenged group were boosted by 30.7% and 29.4%,respectively. There were no significant differences in the survival rate of each experimental group.
