2种昆虫病毒混合悬液对菜粉蝶的增效作用

【摘要】 在温度为 20~22℃的实验室条件下,用AfMNPV和PrGV的混合病毒悬液感染 3龄期菜粉蝶幼虫,可有效降低 2种病毒的用量,并显示出良好的增效作用,PrGV和AfMNPV毒力倍数分别为单剂的 600倍和 400倍以上。不同浓度混合病毒悬液的LT50分别比AfMNPV和PrGV单剂的LT50缩短 1. 10 ~2. 06d和 0. 40 ~1. 93d。用PrGV病毒悬液感染 4龄期菜粉蝶幼虫,其LT50比 3龄期增加 3. 43~6. 06d。

【Abstract】 Third-instar larvae of Pieria rapae (L.) were infected in combinations of the nucleopolyhedrovirus of Anagrapha falcifera Multiple nucleoplyhedrovirus(AfMNPV) and P. rapae granulosis virus(PrGV) under 20~22℃.The results showed that the mixture could reduce concentration of AfMNPV and PrGV which were only used efficaciously and enhance the effect obviously. The synergic ratio of PrGV and AfMNPV is over 600 and 400.The LT 50 of the virus mixture were shorter than AfMNPV and PrGV for 1.10~2.06 d and 0.40~1.93 d when the virus were used for control of P. rapae separately. When PrGV was studied for infection 4 instar larvae of P. rapae ,the LT 50 were added 3.43~ 6.06 d than LT 50 of 3 instar larvae.
