【Abstract】 Supervisory negligence means that the person in supervision and management position violates the official duty and does not prevent the dangerous outcome that he should because of negligence or assertiveness.The tenability of supervisory negligence should prove that the supervisor has foreseen the fault behavior of the person under supervision subjectively and violates the official duty objectively.The correct cognizance of supervisory negligence is important for punishing and preventing official offence.更多还原
