BaCO3和SrCO3对水泥生料固硫行为的影响

【摘要】 针对水泥窑工艺,以合山东矿煤和贵州六盘水煤为研究对象,水泥生料为固硫剂,BaCO3和SrCO3为添加剂,进行燃烧固硫的试验研究,在讨论添加剂对水泥生料固硫效率影响的同时,借助XRD测试手段研究BaCO3和SrCO3对灰渣产物矿相组成的影响规律,并结合灰渣扫描电镜分析,探讨高温段添加剂对水泥生料的固硫效果的作用机理.结果表明:水泥生料中添加BaCO3和SrCO3后,在较低温度下促使SOx的析出量增加,水泥生料固硫效率降低.但是随着温度的升高,添加剂的加入,促使灰渣结构更为密实,从而更好地抑制CaSO4的高温分解,固硫效果改善.其中钙与添加剂的质量比为7时效果最好,但对于不同煤来说,最佳添加剂比例不同.

【Abstract】 In this text, in view of cement production, studies of combustion desulfurization are undertaken, using the high sulfur coals from Heshan Dongkuang and Liupanshui as objects,BaCO3, SrCO3 as addition agent. The influence of additive agent on desulfurization efficiency of cement raw material was evaluated, at same time, the influence rule of addition agent on product composition of clinker was carried by XRD, and combining analysis of SEM, the desulfurization effect mechanics of addition agent on cement raw material at high temperature was preliminarily discussed. The results showed that after BaCO3 and SrCO3 were added, the emission of SOx became increased at lower temperature, so the desulfurizaion efficiency of the cement raw material was obviously reduced; however, desulfurizaion effect became better with rising of temperature, this was because the clinker structure became more compact, as a result the decomposition of CaSO4 was restrained. In addition, it was found that desulfurizaion effect is the best when Ca and addition agent ratio is 7, but this ratio is different for different coals.
