污泥的焚烧特性和化学动力学分析
The characteristics of sewage sludge during incineration process and its chemical kinetics analysis
【摘要】 讨论了在热重天平上对污水污泥所做的热重分析试验结果,根据热重分析发现污泥的焚烧过程由5个阶段组成,即水分的挥发,挥发份的低温挥发,中温挥发,高温挥发以及焦炭的燃烧.根据热重分析结果求得不同阶段的反应化学动力学参数.为了对污泥熔融过程中灰渣的结构变化进行研究,进行了污泥焚烧试验,对污泥的焚烧产物进行了电镜扫描和能量发散光谱分析.
【Abstract】 The experiment result of sewage sludge pyrolysis and combustion was introduced. The process of sludge combustion can be divided 5 stages: water vaporization, the vaporization of organic matter in sludge in low, middle, and high temperatures and the tar combustion. The kinetic parameters of sludge were solved. In order to understand the combustion mechanism of sewage sludge, the experiments of sewage sludge incineration were carried out on the bench scale combustor. The ashes of sewage sludge were analyzed by SEM and EDX.
